The story behind UZCO
Shaped by a lifelong passion for travel, photography, and fine cooking, I created UZCO Knives with the purpose of uniting Japanese precision with French refinement. Years spent living in Asia and working as a photographer cultivated a deep respect for balance, form, and the power of functional design.
Every UZCO piece follows a deliberate design process, where I personally selected each material, proportion, and texture until balance felt effortless. Every element from the curve of the blade to the grain of the wood is shaped with intention.
